The apartment is located on the ground floor and faces the front lawn overlooking Lake Orta. Rooms are very spacious, with high celings and very personal furnishings.

The kitchen, once a stable, opens up on the garden, as well as the big living room. The wide bedroom with Queen size bed and cofferd ceiling, faces East and has an amazing big bathroom, with shower and bath tub.

A third person can sleep an a foldable bed in the living room.

An exclusive garden area with table, chairs, deck chairs and beach umbrella can be used by Casa Balè guests.
