Prices refers to one night-stay

We accept bookings of less than 7 nights only in low and medium season.

Check in: from 3:30pm to 8 pm  (please phone 0039 347 7194034 or 0039 0322 91074 in case of delay) - Chek out: 10.30 am

Payments:

  • Bank transfer of 30% of total to secure booking.
  • Bank transfer of balance, 40 days before arrival.
  • All extras (cleaning, heating, bed lines and towels) to be paid cash upon arrival.

Cancellation policy

  • 40% refund if cancellation is made 30 days before check in
  • 30% refund if cancellation is made 15 days before check in
  • no refund if cancellation is made 14 days before check in
